Job Hunting

For the past few days I have been applying for CNA positions at many different facilities. I have been using an online job finder to apply for multiple jobs at once, but I personally like to go to the facility and apply in person. It gives me a chance to look around the facility and see its exact location (gas prices are going up, which means the amount of driving I do must go down). I am ready to go to work, but I’m finding that it is a lot harder to get hired without being certified than I expected. Now that I am certified by the state, I need to go again and apply for all of the jobs that I did prior to getting my certification. This means that I will be very busy wasting gas the rest of this week driving to every facility I can. My hope is to get hired and begin work ASAP. Once school starts I will continue to work weekends, while picking up shifts when I don’t have school. But for now my mission is to FIND A JOB!
